I have many opinions on many subjects. I realize theres not much the average guy can do about the things that rub him wrong, but just talking about it, sometimes, helps. Maybe if enough people agree that something needs changing, and enough people complain loud enough, who knows? Nothing is impossible! "What man can conceive, he can achieve". So. according to that, things CAN be changed.--- I'll be adding and subtracting links as time goes by. Some of the links will provide space for comments (pro&con) if you have any, on the different subjects that come up.
Mandatory Auto Insurance Laws
Its hard to be brief on a subject like this but I'll try. First I'd like to ask whoever is reading this to write me at my e-mail address with any scenarios or ideas on why my way wont work. I'm not beyond being told I'm wrong. I just want to know why!--- Anyway, in short, I think insurance should be sold to the the customer, for himself, and his vechicle, and the passengers that are riding with him. If there is any problem, fender bender etc., then you contact your agent and anyone else involved contacts their agent. Regardless of who's fault it is. I know everyone out there is yelling "Why should my insurance pay if its the other guys fault". First of all, if we change the system, you wont be penalized for turning in a claim. Of course the insurance companies will keep tract of customers driving record etc..So there will be consequences for being at fault in accidents and other vechicle related occurences. BUT whos fault it is wont change the fact that everyone uses their own insurance. Who has insurance and who dont would become a moot point. And uninsured drivers would'nt cost the taxpayers billions of dollars. --- (I know its a lot more complicated than than this --but each journey begins with the first step)- - For "More on the Story" Click Here or check a couple links below.
